of sectors of the economy.
Started as a sales representative in the hair and beauty
industry, moved to the packaging industry, and landed in the retail industry having to
have worked with some of the biggest retailers in South Africa, and finally landed in the
Banking sector.
With more than 20 years of experience in Packaging, Technology and
Retail Siphiwe Moteane is a Project Manager/ Business Analyst specializing in strategic
concepts and their transfer into practice.
Siphiwe started getting involved with sales of medical devices and pharmaceuticals three years ago.
He established his root and demonstrated passion for building a formidable medical system solution company.
The pandemic hit and borders were closed and there was a need to start looking internally and being self-sufficient as a country.
The need for rigid thermally insulated vaccine cooler boxes arose since all medical rigid cooler boxes were imported. Siphiwe Moteane being a young black entrepreneur grabbed the opportunity and invested his own fortune and the HOUP TM brand was born,
He marketed the company for a while to test the brand acceptance until registration and patent application to protect the uniqueness of the product.
